Under mientus Stores, you'll find an overview of the labels we offer at each mientus store. Prices are generally the same both in-store and online.
mientus is an authorized retailer of all the labels available online and in our stores in Berlin & Hamburg. We have a long tradition and personal relationships with most labels over years. What you see in the mientus collection is the best of each brand, carefully selected by professionals dedicated to serving you.
The outbound shipment through our premium shipping partner UPS within Germany is free of charge for you. We also offer delivery via DHL for a small fee of 5€. For deliveries to other countries, please check the details under Shipping & Delivery.
In your customer account, you can always check the current status of your order. Once your package has been handed over to the shipping service provider, you will receive an automatic email with all the information for tracking your shipment and the scheduled delivery date.
Within the EU, you can return your order within 14 days from the delivery date. If the items you ordered do not fit, we are happy to arrange an exchange for a different size, if available. To return your items within Germany, you can easily obtain a return label through our return portal. You can find the link to it here.
To exchange your item within Germany, simply visit our return portal. You can find the link here. Follow the steps on the return portal to generate a return label. You will receive a PDF, which you can print and attach to your package.
Make sure the product is repackaged in its original condition, including any packaging, tags, or accessories. Take the package to the nearest post office or drop-off point specified by the return label. If you would like to exchange the product for a different size (if available), please indicate this during the return process or contact our customer service.
